Its a long story but about 30 years! We lived one street over from each other, went to the same high school and our parents have been friends for decades. Steve, Jerry & Carol worked at Sinai Hospital together and the rest is history.

The wedding & ceremony will be held indoors. Fear not! There is space outside to stretch your legs and enjoy fresh air.
What should I do if I Have a Food Allergy and / or Keep Kosher?
Let us know! Madam, the hotel restaurant, was recently voted the top restaurant in Detroit for 2023. With notice ahead of the wedding, the culinary team should be able to accommodate food allergies. Kosher meals will be brought in from an outside vendor.

Who is the Furry Fellow?
Boo. He runs the house. He is a golden retriever who loves cuddles, sleep, long walks and food. We got him in Philadelphia from a breeder. He is turning 2 in June.
What Should I Know About Birmingham?
Its a very walkable city with many bars, shops & restaurants within close proximity. Its about 35 minutes from DTW airport. We wouldn't suggest renting a car as everything you need will be within walking distance to Daxton or a short Uber/Lyft ride.

A typical September Michigan day runs 70's during the day and 50's in the evening. Its also been 90 before or snowed! Pack for multiple seasons!

Yes there is parking available. The options are street parking, deck parking or hotel valet.

DTW - Detroit is a Delta Hub (2nd largest) and has nonstop flights to over 130 destinations.
